He initially started training under the guidance of the internationally recognize coach Ralph Beal of Minotaur Thai Boxing gym, and then the former World Champion Tim Izli of Cobra gym, followed by Shaz, Dell, Lloyd and Mick of All Stars Boxing Muay Thai gym. Around the same time he started practicing Qi Gong with the school of Tajii, followed by Ausar Auset and eventually the Shaolin Temple in London. In 2001 Kru LionHeart started training under the guidance of (Master) Arjan Vincent Deckon, who introduced him to the traditional form of Muay Thai known as Muay Boran. Under Ajarn Vs tuition he grew into a strong/intelligent fighter and a committed teacher.
He became a ring master finalist in 2009 but decided not to continue his ring fighting career due to old injures. He dedicated many years to training in the UK and has also completed many training camps in Thailand studying sports Muay Thai, Muay Boran and Krabi Krbong (Thai double swords). He then focused his energy on developing a functional fitness and fighting system that helps ordinary people master themselves through physical exercise.
